Return&Exchange Policy

If you are unsatisfied with the goods item you received, you may return it for an exchange under the two below conditions:

1: If buyer find the item is different to actual images or description
2: If there is some defect or broken on the received items

When we receive your damaged return items, we will verify if it is in good condition. We will ship new replacement by EMS/DHL（some special country）. Shipment takes 8-14 days.If you place a new order,and shipp by express,we will put replacement together in one package.

We will not provide replacement or exchange under the below conditions:
1: If you find you have not been interested in other certain items
2: If you request replace or exchange after more than 3 business days
3: If the items is signed by someone in the address according to the record shown on your shipping detail,we are supposed that you received the item.It is not our responsibility if the parcel is picked by anybody else because the fauty is made by you. You should request the post officer to send the parcel to the right person.

After we receive the return items,we will request buyers to pay any concerned fee under the below conditions:
1: If no quality issue is involved,the return shipping fees would be at the expense of the buyers. Moreover, we would apply a restocking fee for each returned item.
Restocking fees amount USD$50 per replica bag/shoes/watch/Jewelry and USD$30 per replica wallet/scarf/belt/Sunglass/Unbrella/Accessory

How to exchange/return products?

Help us to make business more smoothly with the Return&Exchange items. Please contact the sales person to fill in the Return&Exchange form no later than 3 business days from the day you received it. Make sure the return item is unused condition and original packaging. Make sure you pack the return items well without any damage and send email to tell the tracking number. We will NOT provide any replacement if we receive the damaged return items made by shipping cause. We will NOT give the compensation and resend fee when you ship back items to us.

Under VISA payment,if buyers request a refund before shipment. 10% of the order amount would be charged for processing this refund. About the refund days duration,contact the issuing bank.
